Terms and conditions

These terms govern your use of AkkredPrep, operated by Eduparity Educational Services Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in India at C-99, Sector-34, Suncity, Rohtak, Haryana 124001, India, CIN U85500HR2023PTC109909.

By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What AkkredPrep is

AkkredPrep is an independent preparation resource for the Russian medical accreditation examination. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Russian Ministry of Health, any accreditation centre, or any university. We do not administer the examination and have no role in its conduct or results.

2. No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee that using AkkredPrep will result in passing the accreditation examination. Our materials are study aids. Your result depends on your own preparation, the examination as actually set, and factors outside our control.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with the laws of the country you are in.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Accounts are for a single person. Sharing an account, or sharing credentials with others, is a breach of these terms and may result in termination without refund.

5. Acceptable use

You may use AkkredPrep for your own personal study. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, publish, scrape, or create derivative works from our content. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, interfere with its operation, or use automated tools to extract content.

6. Intellectual property

The English translations, glossaries, explanations, platform design, and software are our property or licensed to us. The underlying examination questions originate from publicly available Russian accreditation materials; our rights subsist in our translations, annotations, and compilation. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property to you.

7. Accuracy of content

We take care to be accurate, but we do not warrant that all content is free from error or fully current with the examination as set on any given date. Examination content and regulations may change. Content is provided for study purposes, is not medical advice, and must not be relied on for the treatment of any patient.

8. Subscription and billing

Access is sold as a 90-day subscription at ₹1,999, renewing automatically every 90 days until cancelled. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices with notice; changes take effect at your next renewal.

9. Cancellation and refunds

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, in particular for sharing accounts or redistributing content. Where termination is for breach, no refund is due.

11. Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, technical faults, and events outside our control may cause downtime.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including examination outcomes, loss of opportunity, or loss of income.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or on the site. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Rohtak, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.
