Refund and cancellation policy

Our refund promise

If you buy a subscription and find AkkredPrep is not useful to you, email support@akkredprep.com within 7 days of your payment and we will refund it in full. You do not need to justify your decision — “it wasn't useful to me” is reason enough.

How to request a refund

Email support@akkredprep.com from the address on your account, within 7 days of payment, saying you would like a refund. That is all we need.

When we process it

We approve eligible requests within 2 working days. Once approved, Razorpay returns the money to your original payment method, which typically takes 5–7 working days depending on your bank or card issuer. Your access ends when the refund is approved.

After 7 days

We do not refund a subscription period more than 7 days after payment. You can still cancel at any time to prevent the next renewal.

How to cancel

Email support@akkredprep.com, or cancel from your account settings once that feature is available. Cancellation stops future billing.

What happens when you cancel

Your access continues to the end of the 90-day period you have already paid for. You are not billed again. You are not charged a cancellation fee.

Renewals

Your subscription renews automatically every 90 days at ₹1,999 until you cancel. We email you before each renewal. If you forget to cancel and are charged for a renewal you did not want, email us within 7 days of that charge and we will refund it under the promise above.

Pre-registration discount

The 10% pre-registration discount applies to your first 90-day period only (₹1,799). Renewals are at the standard ₹1,999. The discount is not transferable and cannot be combined with other offers.

Exceptions

We do not refund where an account has been terminated for breach of our terms — in particular for sharing an account or redistributing our content.
