The clinical knowledge is not the problem
You spent six years learning medicine. You can recognise ulcerative colitis, and you know why a biopsy matters. That is not what makes this exam hard.
The accreditation exam is conducted entirely in Russian. Every stem, every option, every situational task. Reading clinical Russian at speed is a different skill from speaking it in a ward, and 60 minutes for 80 questions leaves no room to translate in your head.
Then there is the part nobody taught you: the Russian health system itself. ОМС insurance, диспансеризация protocols, Ministry of Health orders and reporting rules. Russian students absorbed this over six years of context. For most Indian graduates it is genuinely new material, and it appears throughout the bank.
AkkredPrep closes both gaps: the language, and the system content.
What's included
The full MCQ bank, translated
3,008 questions across 24 topics from the official accreditation bank for Лечебное дело, each with an English translation, a glossary of the Russian medical terms it uses, and an explanation of why the correct answer is correct.
Situational tasks
The case-based tasks from the third stage of accreditation, with the same English support: translation, glossary and explanation.
Practice mode
Work through the bank by topic, untimed, with feedback after every answer. Filter to the areas you are weakest in and track what you have covered.
Mock tests in the real format
80 questions drawn from the bank, 60 minutes, 4 options each, 70% to pass — matching the official testing stage.
A test screen modelled on the official portal
The question palette, the navigation, the counter format and the submit flow are built to match the official self-test portal, so the interface is already familiar on exam day. Some details of that portal are not publicly documented, so the match is close rather than exact.
Pre-register for launch
Pre-register and get 10% off your first 90 days — ₹1,799 instead of ₹1,999.
The discount applies to your first 90-day cycle only. Renewals are at the standard ₹1,999 every 90 days, and you can cancel at any time.
We ask which university you are at and which course you are in because only 6th-course students sit the accreditation exam soon. Knowing where you are means we can write to you about something useful, rather than sending everyone the same message.
You're on the list
How it works
Three modes, in this order. They are deliberately different from each other, and the sequence is the point.
-
Learn in English
Practice mode, with the translation, glossary and explanation available on every question. No timer. This is where you actually learn the material and build the Russian vocabulary you need.
-
Rehearse in Russian
Mock tests under exam conditions: Russian only, no translation, no glossary, 60 minutes on the clock. There is no translate button here, and that is on purpose — the real exam does not have one either.
-
Review what you got wrong
After you submit, the English comes back. Every question you missed, with the translation and the explanation, so the mistake turns into something you have learned.
Pricing
One subscription, everything included. No tiers, no add-ons, and no charge for features that arrive later.
₹1,999
for 90 days
Renews automatically every 90 days at ₹1,999 until you cancel. Cancel at any time, and keep access to the end of the period you have paid for.
Pre-register now and your first 90 days are ₹1,799.
Questions
What exam does this prepare me for?
первичная аккредитация — the primary accreditation examination for the specialty Лечебное дело (General Medicine) in Russia. Full accreditation has three stages: testing, practical skills, and situational tasks. AkkredPrep covers the testing stage in full, and the situational task stage through its task bank. The practical skills stage is assessed in person at a simulation centre and cannot be prepared for online.
Is this an official or government resource?
No. AkkredPrep is an independent preparation resource, operated by a private Indian company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Russian Ministry of Health, any accreditation centre, or any university. We do not administer the examination and have no role in its conduct or its results.
The exam is in Russian. How does the English support work?
Every question is stored in its original Russian, exactly as it appears in the source, and carries an English translation, a glossary of the Russian medical terms used in that particular question, and a short explanation of why the correct answer is correct. In practice mode you can see all of it. In mock tests you see none of it, and it comes back afterwards during review.
Why are mock tests in Russian only?
Because the real exam gives you no English help at all. If every question you have ever practised came with a translation beside it, the first screen on exam day is a shock, and you lose minutes you do not have. Rehearsing without the safety net is the point of a mock test. The translation returns the moment you submit.
How many questions are in the bank?
3,008 multiple-choice questions across 24 topics, from the official accreditation bank for Лечебное дело. Each sitting of the real exam draws 80 questions from a bank of this kind, so you are working with the actual material rather than an imitation of it.
What happens after 90 days?
Your subscription renews automatically at ₹1,999 for the next 90 days, and continues that way until you cancel. We email you before each renewal.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time, with no cancellation fee. Your access continues to the end of the 90-day period you have already paid for, and you are not billed again. If you decide within 7 days of a payment that it was not useful, we refund it in full — you do not have to justify the decision.
What devices does it work on?
Any device with a web browser and an internet connection — phone, tablet or computer. It is designed for a phone first, because that is where most of this studying actually happens. There is nothing to install.
Do you guarantee I will pass?
No. We will not tell you otherwise. AkkredPrep is a study aid: it gives you the bank, the translations and realistic practice. What you do with it, how the examination is set on the day, and factors outside anyone's control all decide the result. Be wary of anyone in this market who promises you a pass.
